A message dated April 17, 2011, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 24(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                                
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 24(FIN)                                                                                
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Regulatory                                                                   
     Commission of Alaska; and providing for an effective date."
